The last major project ended in September 2022, so the specifics of the volunteer role will be determined by the next project.

With any future conservation or archive project, we are open to the public so the role will also involve elements of public engagement, talking to visitors about what we’re working on and conservation/heritage science. You will receive full training and support throughout from CSI: Sittingbourne staff including professional conservators.
